We believe it's important to select a tonic that works in partnership with the gin, and to have a gin and a tonic that truly complement each other.

Our Classic Concentrated Mixer is carefully blended and balanced to enhance rather than overpower the flavours in the gin - after all, who would want all their exquisite craft gins to taste the same, submerged under a powerful tonic water?  The Classic mixer is works best with Dry gins, although this isn't a hard and fast rule and often comes down to a matter of personal taste.

The Citrus Concentrated Mixer is blended with less quinine (which gives tonic water its characteristic bitterness) and complements citrus gins, fruit gins, sloe gins, and sweeter gins and genevers.  If you're one of those people who say they don't like gin because of the bitterness usually found in tonic then this mixer is for you!

The Aromatic Concentrated Mixer is a recent blend that is designed to complement aromatic gins, spicy gins and many dry gins too - it brings a wealth of subtle flavours which can accentuate botanicals in the gin, or complement them.  If you like a dash of bitters in your G&T, you must try this!
