Our Briar Concentrated tonic mixer has less quinine than our Classic mixer and so is less bitter, it works wonderfully well with berry gins, bramble gins, and light summer gins. Also try this concentrated mixer if you find regular Indian or Classic tonics too bitter. Also delicious in a glass of Prosecco or Champagne.
Carefully blended using an award-winning recipe, ConSpiriti Concentrated Mixers are the very essence and distillation of tonic water. Mix ConSpiriti Concentrated Mixers with sparkling or still water to make an unbelievably delicious tonic water to your own desired strength.
Supplied in smart amber glass sirop bottles.
