Our Citrus Concentrated Mixer has less quinine than our Classic tonic, and has some additional aromatic and citrus components to provide a subtle bitterness. We blended the tonic to pair with sweeter gins (Old Toms, Genevers), citrus and fruit-led gins, and sloe gins and gin liqueurs, but the tasting process always throws up some interesting exceptions!
